The Home Health team has an immediate opening for a Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A.). This is a temporary, Part-time position. The C.N.A. will provide assistance with personal hygiene, bathing, ambulation, exercises, and administering medication. The C.N.A. also observes ethics in maintaining confidential information at all times.

Qualifications require a High School Diploma or GED, or successful completion of fundamentals in Nursing program in an accredited school. Current C.N.A. certification in Colorado, valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and current CPR certification required. Prior home health experience is preferred.
